The Role of Türkiye Cancer Institute in Cancer Research

The Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB) was established with the aim of serving our country and humanity in the field of health science and technologies, and supporting planned and sustainable development. In line with the goals of meeting Türkiye's need for advanced technology and innovation in the field of health science and technologies, becoming a self-contained country, and enhancing and sustaining competitiveness, a strategic plan is being pursued that takes into consideration the development plan objectives and the priorities set by the President and the Ministry of Health.

Türkiye Cancer Institute (TKE), one of the 9 institutes of TÜSEB, has adopted the mission of providing a scientific environment for researchers, conducting and commissioning scientific research in collaboration with public and private legal entities, coordinating and encouraging these studies, contributing to R&D, pioneering the development of health science and technology culture and ecosystems, and providing scientific contributions to the establishment of accreditation rules in cancer-related health services.
