Demonstration of the Clinical Benefit of CTC Isolation and Characterization Technology in Lung, Colorectal, and Breast Cancer Patients
This project seeks to evaluate the clinical applicability of a circulating tumor cell (CTC) isolation and characterization system in patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), breast cancer, and colorectal cancer. Within this scope, longitudinal follow-up studies will be conducted within specific patient cohorts to substantiate clinical evidence regarding the efficacy of CTCs as biomarkers for assessing cancer prognosis, therapeutic response, and suitability for targeted treatment options. The overarching objective is for the results to inform the advancement of personalized therapeutic strategies and to enhance the integration of CTC-based liquid biopsy methodologies within clinical decision-making frameworks.
