Development of PCR-Based Diagnostic Kits for Molecular Diagnosis
This is a broad group of projects developing PCR-based molecular diagnostic kits for the early diagnosis of cancer, prediction of treatment response, and support of personalized medicine applications.
Within the scope of the projects, the design and optimization of diagnostic kits that enable reliable, rapid, and cost-effective detection of clinically significant biomarkers will be carried out. The aim is to increase the usability of the developed systems in healthcare services by evaluating their analytical and clinical performance.
Through these studies, it is aimed to diminish reliance on foreign resources in the development of personalized treatment protocols and molecular diagnostics, contribute economically to the national healthcare system, and promote safer and more effective strategies in patient management.
