ECHOS Project Work Package 2 Online Meeting
Within the scope of the ECHoS-Establishing of Cancer Mission Hubs: Networks and Synergies Project, in which we are a project partner, was held online on 28 February 2024, with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burcu YÜCEL, Acting President of the Turkish Cancer Institute, and TÜSEB researchers Dr. Serkan YAMAN and Dr. Gülhan IŞIK ERTOP: National Cancer Mission Centers: Design, Creation and Information Exchange" meeting was discussed.
Opinions were presented on the definition and structure of the National Cancer Mission Centers to be established. Visiting these centers in the countries within the scope of the project, which have a similar structure to the Cancer Mission Centers, and thus, opinions were presented on how the design of the future cancer mission centers should be. The criteria used in the mapping of existing cancer related organizations in Europe were discussed with the partners.
